Peter Sommerville
Language School Management Consultant
Our founder Peter Sommerville has worked in the ESL / TEFL industry since 2005 and as a consultant since 2019. He has helped language schools create efficient operations, digital transformation and systems development and implementation, recruitment and academic quality management and other vital aspects of running language schools.
Peter has worked with organizations large and small. In China, he worked with EF Education First and VIPKID as Director of operations and supply teams. More recently he has worked with many language teaching organizations in assisting with scaled recruitment and transitioning from offline programs to blended and online modes of delivery. This has included LMS and other key systems integrations and development of Online teaching and training programs.
Peter has an MBA and CELTA which have been invaluable when advising and helping schools and school owners.
Frank Doogan
Teacher Training Consultant
Frank is the founder of Train The Teacher Ltd (2008). He has been course director on the internationally recognized Train The Teacher Trinity CertTESOL since 2006. He has also been a consultant trainer for British Council on the Young Learner Exams and is the co-author of six books on the Trinity GESE and two on IELTS exams.
